Bayanin Samfuri:
Na'urar auna fluoride ta yanar gizo tana amfani da hanyar ƙasa ta yau da kullun don tantance fluoride a cikin ruwa—Hanyar spectrophotometric na reagent fluoride. Ana amfani da wannan kayan aiki musamman don sa ido kan ruwan saman ƙasa, ruwan ƙarƙashin ƙasa, da kuma ruwan sharar masana'antu, tare da mai da hankali kan sa ido kan abin sha, saman ƙasa, da ruwan ƙarƙashin ƙasa a yankunan da ke da yawan kamuwa da cutar caries da kwarangwal fluorosis. Mai nazarin zai iya aiki ta atomatik kuma akai-akai ba tare da tsoma baki na hannu na dogon lokaci ba bisa ga saitunan filin. Yana da amfani sosai a cikin yanayi kamar kwararar ruwa daga tushen gurɓataccen masana'antu da kuma ruwan sharar masana'antu. A cikin wani matsakaicin sinadarin acetate buffer a pH 4.1, ions na fluoride suna amsawa tare da sinadarin fluoride da kuma lanthanum nitrate don samar da wani hadadden sinadarin blue ternary. Ƙarfin launin yana daidai da yawan sinadarin fluoride, wanda ke ba da damar tantance adadin sinadarin fluoride (F-) a tsawon zangon 620 nm.
